Since ours is a custom business, delivery depends on the number of orders on hand at the time your order is put in work. When your order (and fabric, if any) is entered, an acknowledgement is made by mail and an approximate delivery date is given. This date is made on the assumption that the fabric is usable, that instructions are clear and that there is sufficient yardage provided. If you send an order and do not receive an acknowledgement within ten days, please contact us and tracing procedures will be initiated at once.
Claims and Shipping Insurance
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is a discrepancy or damage, save all packaging materials and notify us. We will not honor any claims on invoices over 30 days old. We will not honor alterations or repairs without prior approval. We insure your order for the amount of our invoice plus $100. If the cost of your fabric exceeds $100, please advise if you desire additional insurance.
